About David

With over 20 years of real estate sales experience in New York City, David has a proven track record with numbers that consistently place him among the top New York City agents. He has built a reputation for finding the right properties for buyers and achieving record prices for his sellers. Buyers and sellers of New York City real estate value the open communication and low-key intensity that Dave brings to the experience and his persistence and dedication in making their transactions successful.

 

David has sold and leased many types of property throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn, from classic prewar co-ops to true lofts, to townhouses, mixed-use properties, and new condominium construction. David has worked with first-time buyers, experienced real estate investors, and out-of-area sellers, with consistently excellent results. He has also helped friends find special properties in the Hudson Valley north of New York City.

 

David's professional background has included positions in marketing, technology, and travel. He is originally from Illinois and lived in Texas, Idaho, and Montana before moving to New York City in 2000. David is an alumnus of Rice University.

 

When not working, he enjoys spending time with family, friends, and pets, snowboarding, running, swimming, biking, yoga reading, and keeping up with our changing times. He lives in West Chelsea and has homes in the mid-Hudson Catskills and South Florida.
